James is the founder of JS Services and a seasoned Journeyman Lineman with over a decade of experience in distribution, transmission, and substation planning, construction, and maintenance. He was previously the Operations Manager of the Northern Nevada Transmission Grid. Additionally, James has successfully led and coordinated projects for major utilities and companies, including NV Energy, PG&E, and Tesla Motors, ensuring quality execution, strict compliance with industry standards, and an unwavering commitment to safety.

Prior to becoming a Journeyman Lineman, James was a professional mountain biker and brings the same dedication to excellence and perseverance to every venture he undertakes.

Before co-founding JS Services in July 2024, Christina led high-impact projects for Fortune 500 companies, including AT&T, ConocoPhillips, Marathon Oil, Pfizer, and Verizon. Her expertise spans both the technology and utilities sectors, where she has successfully managed technical product deployments, ensured compliance with industry standards, and led electrical distribution design and negotiations.

With a unique ability to bridge the gap between technology and infrastructure, Christina operates at the intersection of innovation and operational efficiency. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis Public Relations from The Master’s College in Santa Clarita, CA.
